I am very happy to write a comment here, hoping to help more people who are in urgent need of help and are hesitant about choosing a lawyer. First of all, to introduce myself: I am the guy just out of MOA (under the Festnahme) last week (after 2.5 months in MOA), even during the currently on-going investigation against me, by an incredibly, unbelievably successful appealing ("appellieren"/"Berufung" in Deutsch), by my Great Hell Monster Lawyer, Mr. Khazaeli!! Like many of the new prisoner on remand, I was so unfortunate to encounter a problem that I totally had no idea with, even without realizing how serious the situation was for me. What's worse, actually, no lawyer would like to help me during the Christmas holiday, which made me totally hopeless, while what I only knew at that time is, my problem was quite complicated and difficult (stated by the Staatsanwalt, given by the Gericht). I even got the reminder from the social worker in MOA: Your situation is really serious and you are not allowed to make any calls for the time being. What I didn’t even know was that my family had been prepared for this – waiting for me for 10 more years. But can you imagine? Now I am writing the review to describe my heart voice online! Indeed, it wasn’t until my wife found Mr. Khazaeli for me (she actually identified him based on the evaluation) that things changed dramatically – however, it was quite a hard and thrilling time for my family (especially my wife), therefore, she’ll give her review and her experience in detail here later. Mr. Khazaeli visited me during the new year vacation. He looked so cool, smart and capable, but the only “problem” is, he looked even younger than me, which aroused my worry that if he is experienced enough for my case (facts have proved that my worries were totally unnecessary). Very soon, when it was still during the vacation, he visited me again, and this time he carefully asked me his questions about the case, which obviously were that he had prepared in advance - he had gone through my case documents, and it looked like everything being in his mind that time. From that time, I started to be able to have an overall estimation, or expectation for my situation (and my future result), instead of staying in endless hopelessness. Also, during my hardest time, I might be one of the luckiest guys because I could so frequently meet my lawyer, Mr. Khazaeli’s, and, could get his kind and warm comfort and encouragement from time to time, even when he was super busy with his work and there was nothing new for me. It was under these circumstances that I was able to safely adapt to life at MOA without falling into mental or psychological problems (remember, I had 119 communication restrictions!). In the blink of an eye, it was my oral-hearing time. Actually, that was Mr. Khazaeli’s show time! That was the first time I saw someone else defending for me with his unparalleled eloquence, against the power. I couldn't help crying at that time - no one could help me express my inner thoughts (including myself), so I was completely shocked by this powerful "supporting force" at that moment. The result is obvious: my guilt has been greatly changed under Mr. Khazaeli’s vigorous and fearless defense. Incredibly, Mr. Khazaeli’s did not give himself a moment to relax, but helped me submit an appeal immediately after the hearing - just to fulfill his goal (or promise) for me I believe- to bring me out as soon as possible. What’s important, it was no more than 5.5 weeks after that, I was out. Today, I am still under investigation and I am still facing a serious criminal case. But I feel extremely lucky that with the protection of my lawyer, Mr. Khazaeli, I have more and more reasons to be more optimistic and positive. I just can't wait to write my review because I hope my experience can help more people - you deserve to have Mr. Khazaeli, a top lawyer to protect you!
